THIS CAUSE comes before the Court pursuant to Defendant Geico General Insurance Company’s motion for judgment as a matter of law, filed March 4, 2013 [DE 135], Plaintiff Sharon Harris (“Harris”) responded on March 14, 2013 [DE 139].
