MOORE, Judge.

M.G. (“the mother”) appeals from a judgment terminating her parental rights to her two daughters, R.H., who was born on July 13, 2004, and H.H., who was born on June 30, 2005. We affirm.

Procedural History

On November 12, 2008, the Franklin County Department of Human Resources (“the Franklin County DHR”) filed a petition to terminate the parental rights of the mother and E.H.
