MEMORANDUM OPINION

WATKINS, District Judge.

Darrell Grayson is a death row inmate who filed this § 1983 challenge to Alabama’s lethal injection protocol and its administration. Defendant Richard Allen is the Commissioner of Alabama’s Department of Corrections. Defendant Grantt Culliver is the Warden of the Holman Correctional Facility, the facility in which exe cutions are conducted.
