In these related cases, Bradley Plywood Corporation, Derst Investments, L.P, and Derst Baking Company (“the plaintiffs”) appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to the mayor & aldermen of the City of Savannah (“the City”). Below and on appeal, the plaintiffs have made identical arguments challenging the City’s annexation of their property.
