The Oak Park Trust & Savings Bank, as executor of the estate of Walter O. Baumann, deceased, appeals the trial court’s order construing a trust established under the will of Margaret L. Baumann, deceased, the wife of Walter O. Baumann. The bank contends that the trial court erred in holding that the trust created a life estate pur autre vie in favor of the testatrix’ son, Richard Baumann, and in holding further that the remainder interest in favor of Richard Baumann vested absolutely upon the death of the testatrix, Margaret L.
