In the instant appeal we consider whether the probate court’s order amending a disabled ward’s revocable trust was against the manifest weight of the evidence. Robert and Jolanta Kaleta appeal from an order granting Jacqueline Zagorski’s petition to amend Bozenna Michalak’s trust to remove the Kaletas and replace Zagorski as the successor trustee and contingent beneficiary under the trust.
