Chadwick against the Oregon-Washington Bailroad & Navigation Company, a corporation. The facts are as follows: The defendant is a railway corporation engaged in interstate commerce. Chadwick against the Oregon-Washington Bailroad & Navigation Company, a corporation. The facts are as follows: The defendant is a railway corporation engaged in interstate commerce. 1. This action is brought under the act of Congress of April 22, 1908, as amended by that body in 1910: U. S. Comp. Stats. 1913, §§ 8657-8665. It is there said:
