ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This cause is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment [Docket No. 37], filed on September 4, 2009, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56. Plaintiff, the Estate of Joshua Crouch, brings this claim pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants, Madison County, Brian Parnell, Michael Barnes, and Craig Crisp, alleging that the constitutional rights of Joshua Crouch were violated by the named defendants.
