In the above captioned adversary proceeding, the Plaintiff has asked this Court to find that a certain marital debt owed to the Plaintiffs father is nondischargeable pursuant to subparagraphs (5) and (15) of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a). In response thereto, the Defendant filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, the determination of which constitutes the focus of the instant Opinion.
