Plaintiff petitioned the circuit court for an order citing defendant for contempt for failing to comply with a previous court order. The petition alleged that defendant had failed to comply with the provisions of a judgment entered on June 14, 1973, which required that defendant turn over to plaintiff $3300 which defendant had under his control. Pursuant to this petition a show cause hearing was held on June 2, 1975, and July 15, 1975.
