• Plaintiff in error, Joe' Kuca, was found guilty of contempt of court hy the county court of Franklin county for the violation of an injunction, and was sentenced to the county jail for ten months and was fined $1,000 and costs of suit. It .was further ordered by the court that “if, at the expiration of the jail sentence, the fine was not paid in full, that the plaintiff in error was adjudged and ordered to work out said fine and costs in the streets and alleys of the City of Benton, under the direction and supervision of the commissioner of streets and alleys, at the rate of $1.50 per day…
