Appellant, as state veterinarian, filed the bill in this cause in pursuance of section 590 of the Agricultural Code approved August. 24, 1927. The purpose of the bill is to compel the.commissioners’ court of Olarke county to make provision for the execution of the law for tick eradication in that county. In the circuit court of Olarke, sitting in equity, a demurrer to the bill was sustained.
