RULING ON MOTION TO DISMISS

UNDERHILL, District Judge.

Jean and Leone Boursiquot (“the Bour-siquots”) allege violations of the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq-., and the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), Conn. Gen.Stat. § 42-110a et seq., arising out of a consumer loan transaction with the - defendant, Citibank. Citibank now moves to-dismiss the Boursiquots’ claims based on the expiration of the statute of limitation on the TILA claims, and federal preemption of the CUTPA claims. For the following reasons the motion to dismiss is granted.
