DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY
{¶ 1} Appellant, Willie F. Evans IV, appeals his convictions and sentence in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas. We affirm.

{¶ 2} On April 13, 2006, shortly after midnight, Michael Smith was found stuffed in the trunk of his Ford Taurus, unconscious, with a single bullet wound in his abdomen. Mr. Smith died within hours as a result of massive internal bleeding.
