Concurring. — I agree that the trial court committed error in the course of ruling on the class certification motion of named plaintiffs Maria Ayala, Josefina Briseño, Rosa Duran, and Osman Núñez, that remand for further consideration of the motion is necessary, and that affirmance of the Court of Appeal’s judgment is appropriate.
