This case has been appealed here for our review of a denial by the Wayne county circuit court of defendant’s motion for a new trial.

Defendant, Sherman Steele, was arrested on April 8, 1965, by the Lincoln Park police for robbing one Edward Golubski of $18 in the city of *354Inkster.
