LANDRY, Judge.

Two questions are presented by plaintiff’s appeal herein from the judgment of the trial court rejecting his claims for workmen’s compensation benefits. The first issue is whether appellant, a tractor driver, sustained a compensable accident within the definition of the term “accident” contained in the applicable statute and secondly, whether plaintiff incurred disability as a result of the purported adverse incident.
