The question involved in these proceedings is whether certain dancing teachers and music instructors, engaged by Tempo School of Dance and Park Forest Conservatory, Inc., respectively, are employees within the terms of the Unemployment Compensation Act so as to require the payment of employer’s contributions thereunder by the dance and music schools.
