{¶ 1} Michael A. Davis, an inmate at the Chillieothe Correctional Institution, appeals the judgment of the Vinton County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Davis asserts that the Ohio Adult Parole Authority (“OAPA”) improperly assigned him to an offense category based on crimes charged in the original bill of information that the state had dismissed.
