LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Wilbert Ladue, Jr. was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child under twelve years of age in Indian country in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(c). Avoiding the statute’s mandatory minimum sentence of thirty years in prison, Ladue agreed to plead guilty to two counts of aggravated' sexual abuse in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2241(a)(1), which carries no minimum sentence.
