The plaintiff, A.H. Harris & Sons, Inc. (“A.H. Harris”), filed a motion for a pre*285liminary injunction, seeking, inter alia, to enjoin defendant Taralynn Naso (“Naso”) from continuing her employment with defendant [¶] Supply Construction Supply, Ltd. d/b/a White Cap Construction Supply (“White Cap”). For the reasons set forth below, the motion for a preliminary injunction is being granted.
