Tidball, District Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Platte County. The action was for a commission of §1,100 and interest alleged to be due plaintiff on account of a sale of defendant’s ranch by plaintiff, a licensed real estate broker. The case was tried without a jury, resulting in a judgment for plaintiff as prayed. The only error assigned was that the evidence was in sufficient to support the judgment.
