Introduction

This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 38), Plaintiffs Opposition (Doc. No. 53) and Defendants’ Reply (Doc. No. 55). Plaintiff Sarmad Abdulnour was employed by Defendant Campbell Soup Supply Co. (Campbell Soup) from April 2003 until October 2003 when he was terminated.
