MEMORANDUM OPINION

LATCHUM, Senior District Judge.

The plaintiff, a prisoner at the Delaware Correctional Center, has filed suit pro se against various Delaware State officials. The defendants have moved for dismissal of this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). In spite of the reams of documentation submitted and the liberal reading of this complaint in the plaintiff’s favor, this Court has determined that the motion to dismiss must be granted.
