B.L. (Guardian) appeals from the April 27, 2016 order which granted the motion of F.L. (Father) to dismiss the complaint for custody of J.L. and M.L. (Children, collectively). We affirm.1

Children were born in Texas to Father and T.B. (Mother). Children lived in Texas until the summer of 2013, when they began residing in Pennsylvania with Guardian, who is a cousin of Mother.2 The arrangement was governed by a guardianship agreement, which was signed by Guardian, Father, and Mother.
