This appeal is from a decree of the court below sustaining a demurrer and dismissing a bill in equity filed by the plaintiff against the defendants.
In 1900, the plaintiff became an affiliated member in Pottsville Division No. 90, of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, and he continued in good standing therein until June 22,1914, when he was expelled. From this decision of the division he appealed to W. S.
