Plaintiff Frank W. Daniel, Sr. filed this lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama against defendants United Wisconsin Life Insurance Company, American Medical Security, Inc., and Prescription for Good Health Trust alleging Alabama state-law claims of breach of contract, bad faith, and deceitful misrepresentation. The defendants removed the lawsuit to this court under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1441(a), based on diversity-of-citizenship jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1382.
