Following a bench trial, the trial court rendered judgment against Ted Kaldis a/k/a Ted Lefteris Kaldis for $51,012.66 in favor of Crest Finance. On appeal, Kaldis asserts that the trial court erred when it ruled that he had not shown that Crest Finance’s claim was barred by limitations.
We affirm.
