This matter comes before the Court on the amended motion of NORTHEAST MISSOURI ELECTRIC POWER COOPERATIVE (NORTHEAST) for relief from the automatic stay.

In February, 1985, NORTHEAST leased two tracts of farmland to CHARLES F. EDDINGFIELD (EDDINGFIELD), the debtor, under separate cash rent agreements. Each lease provided that 40% of the cash rent was payable on March 1, 1985, and that the remaining 60% was due on December 1, 1985.
