FEINBERG, Circuit Judge:

Irving Braver and Morton Lehrer appeal from a judgment of conviction, entered after a trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York before Lloyd F. Mac-Mahon, J., and a jury. Both were convicted on two counts, 1 bribing a government official in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 201(b), and conspiracy to bribe in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. Each was sentenced on the conspiracy count to six months imprisonment and a $10,000 fine and on the substantive count to a concurrent six month sentence and a $20,-000 fine.
