This is an action brought in the district court of Creek county by C. Graves Shull, State Bank Commissioner, against George R. Willibey and Ella Will-ibey, to recover on a series of promissory notes and to foreclose a deed of trust on approximately 1,300 acres of land located in that county. The deed of trust was executed by defendants, George Willibey and Ella Willibey, on the 12th day of January, 1921, and was given to secure an indebtedness of $55,000. E. R.
