MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This is an appeal from an order in an adversary proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division, the Honorable Massie Tillman, presiding. The adversary proceeding involved a complaint to determine the validity of a lien and for equitable subordination.
