Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), entered April 27, 2006 in Albany County, which partially granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, for reinstatement of his position as a police officer, back pay and a hearing pursuant to Civil Service Law § 75.
