The width of a pen-stroke in the preparation of a comprehensive zoning map by the Baltimore County Council in 1959 resulted in an admitted error in the zoning of the appellant’s property. Prior to the adoption of the map for the Thirteenth District, the property had been zoned for residential use, one or two-family houses (the present R-6 zoning classification).
