Appeal from an order of the district court denying plaintiff’s motion for amended findings or a new trial.

Plaintiff brought this action to recover overtime pay for services performed as a laborer. He was a civil service classified employe of the city of Minneapolis from 1911 until his retirement in 1947. From 1911 until 1922, he worked as a common laborer in various departments. Following an injury in an automobile accident in September 1922, he was transferred to a warehouse of the engineering department of that city. In 1935, he was again transferred without…
