SUMMARY ORDER

Stephen J. Konn appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (D’Agostino, /.), sentencing him after trial principally to 10 years’ imprisonment and 25 years’ supervised release for the receipt, distribution, and possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252A(a)(2)(A) and (a)(5)(B).
