Goldberg, J., at jury trial and sentencing), rendered February 21, 2013, convicting defendant of identity theft in the first degree (three counts), identity theft in the second degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, grand larceny in the third degree and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of 3 to 6 years, unanimously affirmed.
