MEMORANDUM OPINION

Currently before the Court is the Motion to Abandon Property and for Relief from the Automatic Stay Nunc Pro Tunc (“Motion”) filed by Joseph S. Stran-ko and Nelly Darlene Stranko (“Stran-kos”). The Motion seeks annulment of the automatic stay to the extent such relief is even required. Of the named respondents, only T.H.E. Insurance Company (“T.H.E.
