OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Rent-A-Center, Inc. ("RAC"), appeals the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas denying its motion to dismiss and to compel arbitration.
{¶ 2} On July 3, 2006, plaintiffs-appellees, Michael Roe, Maya Echeverria, and Yorbi Mallen, filed a complaint in the common pleas court against RAC and Kevin Fox, a manager of RAC, alleging assault by Fox, and negligence, wrongful discharge, and other discrimination-related claims.
