Analysis of the structure and performance of Dralon fine tex differential acrylic fiber

The structure,surface feature and mechanical property of Dralon fiber are characterized through experiments. The result indicates that: Dralon fiber has dumbbell cross section,showing good fluffiness; its excellent hygroscopicity is fit for the lingerie field; its favorable mechanical properties,such as better breaking strength and modulus,help the final product in improving its thermal protection and durability; its nice fiber cohesion provides high breaking strength of its yarn. So Dralon fiber has good market prospect.
