Design of fine differential Dralon acrylic fiber products and their properties

Based on the properties of fine differential Dralon acrylic fiber,Dralon-rayon blended yarns and the relative knitted fabrics are designed specially. The blended yarns' main quality indexes are tested with its knitting technology and dyeing and finishing processes explored. It indicates that compared with other acrylic fibers,fine differential Dralon acrylic fiber has higher breaking strength and better breaking strength variation; its fabrics behave good heat preservation and good hygroscopicity with perfect wear-comfort because of its yarns' much patulous hairiness and good fluffy; Its knitted fabrics exceed other samples in heat preservation,hygroscopicity and air permeability,showing excellent wearability.
