Welcome to the One True Measure Patreon. It's an exciting first post for us today. This is content that's going to be behind the paywall for our community and boys here for Magic are a key part of our community and just about probably our Patreon community just to start with a little bit to talk through is that This is probably one of the things that I'm most passionate about and why we've created this Patreon page is we want to build a community of like-minded people that feel like they have ownership over the project, that we're all learning together and we're growing together and we're working through creating a measure of success for each one of us. So I think this is going to evolve. So tell us what you want around the content. We want to know. And we're going to tailor that content to, I guess, what our members are going to ask from us. So, um, but that for today, what we're going to do is we, um, we're calling this section on the couch, on the couch with the team. Um, so yeah. How's that sound? That sounds good. Um, thanks. Good. Um, but yeah, we're, we're lucky enough to have Lockie. He's not in frame right now of the back Sam's over the back. We've got Chris and Jaden here from Magic. And this team here has been a huge support to us and we consider them part of our team as well. So each week we'll sit down with the boys, hopefully next week as well, get everyone involved. Yeah, that'll be good. But really what we want to do in this section is just talk and have a general conversation about the podcast maybe of the prior week. Um, we're now in significantly way through the season. So it's a, it's a time to go back to podcast one and, and one that I have a real affection with because that gentleman, obviously, um, big mentor of mine and great friends. Right. So, I mean, you can tell that from the podcast. Yeah. I hope so. Yeah. I mean, that's the feedback so far. Right.

And he's such a genuine bloke. Like you guys know, you interact with me, walk in the place and he says hello to everyone. Like, And that's, I mean, it shouldn't be refreshing, should it? No. You know, experiences with people that have done things that are special is not that, is it?

I feel like I get that from both of you, though. Maybe that's something that you guys learnt from. Don't

put me in the same category. I know what it is. But no, but that's, I mean, that's what we should stand for, right? Like if we, what's the difference if you do something, you know, why are you different than anyone else? Why are you better than anyone else? Like you shouldn't be. And then, you know, and the thing about it is I would say, you know, for all of our guests that we've recorded with so far, every single one of those people is like that. Like they are genuine, authentic people. Well, you're not

going to sit down for an hour and a half with someone that's not going to be genuine and actually talk their mind. You don't want them to have a script ready for what they want people to hear.
