Yes, sir.

Speaker 20:17

All right, this begins our third day of trial. Before I bring in the jury counsel, are there any pre-trial matters we need to discuss? No. The court wants to address both the public spectators and the media before I bring in the jurors. Friday, we had a brief interruption before the court went off the record and the court was trying to. to the jurors and admonition. That's very important in this process to maintain the integrity. So I'm forewarning you all, allow the court to officially go off the record. The court will state that before you get out of your seats or stand or start talking so that we have a seamless testimony and an accurate record. We just want to make sure that everything goes smoothly and that it's not interrupting to any degree what we're doing here. So with that, I will have the bailiff bring in our jury. Please make sure your phones are turned off as well. Completely off. Yes. Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, jury, please have a seat. I'll allow you a minute to get comfortable. Open your notepads if you deem necessary. Well, we are starting our day three of the jury trial in the state of Ohio versus Caleb C. Flynn. I will caution you to turn off your phones if you have them on you, completely off. We are going to begin or continue with the state's case in chief. At this time, Mr. Watkins, are you ready to proceed?
