Hey everyone, before I get started here with this week's episode, I wanna introduce you to our guest. His name is Frankie Ingrassia. He's been a good friend of mine for a bunch of years now, and he's gonna share his journey from being a burnout addict on food stamps, living in his mother's attic, to how he harnessed that addiction and turned it into building a business empire. Guys, you're not going to want to miss this one. If there are little ears around, he does use strong language at times. Probably best to put your earbuds in or listen to it by yourself. And when you listen through this episode, if there's someone in your life that you know needs to hear this message, please share it. You never know what that share will do with them and how much it'll actually impact their life and how it could change the direction of their life. Guys, enjoy the show. Welcome to the Sales Made Simple podcast. This podcast is dedicated to helping overwhelmed outdoor living professionals, landscapers, and hardscapers just like you increase your closing rate to over 75% without doubling your workload so you can build a seven-figure business that doesn't need you. I'm your host, Joshua Gillow. Let's dig in. Hey everybody, welcome back to the show. Here's your host, Joshua Gilliland. This week, I have a guest on that, you know, I've been watching for years now. We've been working together and I've been watching it. I'm totally blown away by how he's taken something that most people would fall or put in a category of like, oh, what was me? I'm a victim. I can't believe I can't control myself, whatever it might be. And he's taken that energy. And he shifted it from darkness to good. I mean, he's done some incredible things in his life. We're going to dig into his story and how he's taken an addictive past and turned it into something that's changing people's lives. So, Frankie, welcome to the show. Thanks, man. Thanks for having me. Absolutely. So, yeah, I mean, we started working together about, what, about five years ago when I got into real estate and you were in real estate and, you know, I got introduced to you and I'm like, this guy, he seems cool. He's a little scary looking, right? He's got tattoos around. He's a big guy. I'm like, I don't know. And I heard, you know, rumors of, you know, kind of a darker past. And I was like, okay, well, I don't know if I can, you know, addiction and stuff. I don't know if I can trust somebody like that. So it's like... All right, well, it took me a little while to kind of get in, but man, the more I get to know you, the more I just love you, bro. You're like, you're just such a beautiful person, right? And what I want you on this episode is what I want our audience to listen into here, guys, as you're listening. I'd love for you to listen into the story. of Frankie and then also what he's taken, what he's learned in this story and how he's made it. He's really made an amazing life out of it. So Frankie, I'd love for you to just tell us a little bit about yourself, what you're up to now. And then I want to dig into, you know, what little Frankie was like.
