how we want to do the show today. I think we're going to do similar to what we did last Monday when we basically record an episode of our Jazz Notes podcast throughout the first couple of hours of the show. We are two weeks and a day away from the NBA draft. It is go time. And, you know, we know the players the Jazz are looking at. That's AJ DeBonsa, who we dove quite deep on, I thought, last week. And Darren Peterson, who we're going to look at very closely in this first segment. And then we're going to talk about Cam Boozer, next week but we're going to do cambooser in a normal recorded podcast the same way we usually do so that will kind of get back to normal but you know you can always listen to this in podcast form as well um coming up at 3 30 and just to give you a sense or excuse me 4 30 we will be doing top three stories we're just kind of moving the start of the show back We're going to be breaking down the Brandon Sorsby news. We'll be talking about game one of the finals. In fact, we got some questions about the finals in our mailbag we will talk about. But we will get to all the big stories of the day. But the NBA draft remains an absolutely enormous story and, you know, one that's going to change the outcome of the future of Utah sports more than any other. So. As we begin this conversation, let's start with Darren Peterson, the guard out of Kansas, who, Chandler, if I'm not wrong, I kind of get the feeling has become the it guy for Jazz fans. Not universally, by any means. There's too many fans. But seemingly, that's where Jazz fans have pointed most of their attention.

Yeah, as soon as the Jazz landed the number two pick, all the mock drafts started coming out. Darren Peterson constantly falls at number two. He was the number one prospect coming out of high school, and then just, I would say, because of consistency and all the tools that AJ DeBonsa showed in his lone year at BYU, Darren Peterson sort of slid from number one to number two. Some people might have him behind Cam Boozer as well, but regardless, both nationally and, like you mentioned, locally, Darren Peterson is the favorite to land at two, and I think uh, from what I've seen, a lot of jazz fans, as soon as they landed that number two pick, started watching a bunch of Darren Peterson film, maybe ones that were watching more AJ to Bonsa throughout the year and just sort of fell in love with the guy's game.

Yeah. Um, let's start with what he is and then what he's not, and then kind of get into what we've actually seen, because I have a bit of a different perspective on him. I think that most people do. It's not like way different, but I do think there is some differences and some questions
