What kind of energy are you living in right now?

EB
Evaldas Bieliūnas0:10

Yeah, it's been, it's been like a movie, to be honest. So the summer was quite intense for us, and, and yeah, myself and the co-founder, Dovydas, we are, we are happy finally to sit, like, full time on our chairs as we got the investment. Uh, just closed pre-seed round. And yeah, we've been sweating hard throughout our weekends and evenings on, on Guideless. Uh, and finally we can put our, our all time in-into this to get to where we are heading.

ZE
Zivile Ein0:37

Wow, that's actually very inspiring to hear that you've been grinding behind the scene, and right now it's a moment where you can go all in and actually fulfill your big vision. So talking about the vision, uh, what made you to solve the current problem and to get to the current stage of Guideless?

EB
Evaldas Bieliūnas0:56

Yeah. So first time Dovydas told me about, about the problem was probably like two, three years ago. Uh, it came from more from customer perspective that when you need to get on board on, like, enterprise software, custom workflows usually gets text-based instructions that you're supposed to read. So he, he built those different software themselves, and he was looking for better ways, and there was, like, a massive gap in terms of software of helping those who need to create those text-based instructions. Uh, and he shared that with me, and, uh, I instantly saw same issues around employee onboarding, employee training. Myself, uh, being a team lead and onboarding from different locations, either new employees or even if we are adopting a new software, onboarding existing employees was, was quite, uh, wasteful, I would say, because you had to create these different guides on how to use business software, and every company runs on software, a lot of software. So I figured that, okay, actually this is a very clear problem, uh, very clear optimization angle, and we started deep diving into it, creating some early proof of concepts. Yeah.

ZE

Okay. And where do you think most of the time is actually being wasted then when it comes to all the fundamentals?

EB
Evaldas Bieliūnas2:14

Yeah. So I'd say, you know, there... H-how it usually goes, there are those who need to create how-to guides. They go through their workflow. Uh, they, uh, capture the screenshots. They try to describe those screenshots. They write the, the, the text-based instructions, then try to assemble everything, put it into the Google Slides or, or some internal wiki. So it takes hours to, to create those guides. Then, you know, it quickly becomes outdated, so maintenance is a big hassle. And usually the output, it's not that of a great quality. Often it's inconsistent. It lacks, you know, that... It lacks engagement. So just hours wasted creating these guides. Uh, we figured, okay, we're gonna start with making sure that we can help those who are creating and maintaining the guides so they waste less, less effort on it. We gave them productivity tools. They can quickly capture the workflows. And, uh, uh, and then when we thought about, okay, it's often it's static content, and with the, uh, with the AI wave, uh, we figured that, okay, we can give actually video output, and it can be
