Beloved brothers and sisters, dear listeners. This is the first week that we're moving back to, uh, you know, after Isha session. So inshallah, I will continue that for the next many months. [clears throat] So we hope this is easier for many who are, who are not able to make it from work at Maghrib. Alhamdulillah, now that Isha-- we're doing after Isha, I hope we can find it easier to attend our sessions. [coughs] As was mentioned right after Isha, that, uh, this series, Monday night series, [coughs] we, um, originally started a year ago w-with, um, uh, interviewing different ulama. And, and alhamdulillah, um, after a year of that, we moved on to, uh, starting a book, which is right here today. We're not gonna read the book, but this is the book called Ayuhal Walad, Imam Ghazali's book. [coughs] And we've been doing sessions of that. We cover, we cover that, uh, on every Monday night. But today, alhamdulillah, because we have, um, an honorable guest visiting us, so alhamdulillah, we switch back to, uh, an, an opportunity to interview someone and benefit from their works. And like we usually do, um, I'm gonna ask Hazrat Mufti Sahib to just share a little bit about his background. As when I asked him earlier, he said, "You know, this is not a tartib of, of our scholars and elders to introduce themselves." And I said, "I agree. That's is true. That's how it is." [chuckles] But a lot of times, um, I've, I've, I've heard from our attendees that they've benefited so much when, uh, uh, scholars have shared their childhood stories of who've-- who's impacted them, and it allows us to connect with ulama, right? That's the key thing is that we want us to understand the ulama are not-- these scholars are not, uh, uh, people from another generation or from another universe. That we can actually, people like us, alhamdulillah, have dedicated, uh, their time and their lives to serving deen. And there's so much that we can benefit from them if we just simply sit with them and listen to them. So this is the first time we're gonna be doing this tartib of asking questions in, in Urdu. Translating-- He's gonna be answering in Urdu and then for myself to translate it. I ask Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala to make it easy for us and put barakah in our time.
