Yeah, yeah. So Vincent and I connected at a recent Reading Berks Association of Realtors event. That's correct. And then we started talking. Usually when I go to these events, there's usually a few people that sort of just are excited about what they're doing with AI, and Vincent was one of them. And you reached out to me, and that led us to connecting and having you come here. So I'd love for the listening audience to kind of get to know you, Vince. You go by Vince or Vincent? Vince is fine. Vince, there we go. So tell us a little bit, 11 plus years in real estate it looks like. So give us a background about how you got into real estate and bring us to today. Sure.

I was kind of real estate my wife started real estate in 2009 and I had been helping her out and she took a management position with her broker in which she wasn't gonna be able to sell again she had a book of business I was pseudo semi-retired and she said you gotta get your license I got this book of business they're gonna let me sell And so I went, got my license about three weeks, went through the course, got my license, and been going ever since. There

you go. So what did you do before real estate?

VC
Vincent Cyr2:31

For the most of my career, I've been in IT and management consulting. So I'm working for either Fortune 500 companies or my own company.

RS
Rajiv Sajja2:38

Yeah. And your profile, when I read it, it said you bring a data-driven project management approach to real estate. Yes. So I suspect some of the AI stuff we're going to get into is sort of data-driven and project-driven as well.

VC
Vincent Cyr2:52

It is. And we take a project view approach. And the clients that are either business owners or engineers or accountants really appreciate that level of detail.

RS
Rajiv Sajja3:03

Yeah, for sure. So tell me, what was your biggest light bulb moment? And this November, by the way, Vince, I don't know if you know, four years of ChatGPT, which is crazy. It seems like a decade. It's like

Thanksgiving Day or something like that.
