And Connor's background, I love having Connor on the show, and we'll get into it, but, uh, his background is obviously in, uh, private banking for many years before he moved into residential and commercial real estate, and, uh, looking forward to diving in with all things AI with Connor. Yeah, so the way I got connected to you is one of your team members, uh, I think commented on a, on a Facebook post, and, um, he said, "You gotta have Connor on the show." So [chuckles]...

[chuckles]

Uh, and, and obviously you and I spoke, and, uh, you were doing some really cool things. So I obviously gave you a very quick intro, but walk us through, tell us how you got into real estate and bring us to today.

Sure. Absolutely. So I guess I've been working in real estate, uh, for about eight years. I've always been interested in it, so, uh, went to school at Penn State University, and I was a, a finance major, but I spent a lot of time taking real estate classes. I always wanted to eventually end up in real estate, uh, but I thought having the finance background would be, be a good, uh, piece to add to that. Um, so effectively worked as like a, a research assistant in real es- in the real estate department, and then took a job at JP Morgan's private bank, working for a hedge fund of funds, and still had that itch to get into real estate, and ended up working for a company locally in Philly called CenterSquare, uh, where I was picking REIT stocks. So I was focused on healthcare, uh, retail, so shopping centers and malls, and then also billboards, uh, and a few other things. After that, I went to a hedge fund called Valeasny, um, where I was doing something very similar, and I just still had the itch to get closer to the real estate. So REITs are kinda, you know, a 10,000-foot view, uh-

Yeah

... evaluating, you know, mega cap REITs, small cap REITs. It's at essentially, you know, billion-dollar portfolios, and you're not really that close to it.
