Thank you. Excited to be here. Excited to have this conversation with you.
Yeah, of course, of course. I know we've sort of known each other for a little while. I first, I think, heard of Max Home when I was at the Montana event from the CEO of President of Montana Properties. And since then, we sort of went back and forth and here we are. You know, I'm glad we could get on the podcast and kind of talk a little bit about some of the good work you folks are doing at Max Home to solve some of the operational challenges. So we really need to be in that space. So I ended up building the real estate business line there. Yeah, was there for over four years and now have been working on Max Home for a couple of years. So no longer an industry outsider, I
2Episode notes
In this episode, I sit down with Divya Aathresh, founder and CEO of MaxHome.ai, to explore how AI is reshaping one of the most overlooked areas of real estate: brokerage operations.
Drawing on her background in technology, strategy, and proptech, Divya shares how she identified a major opportunity to automate the manual, repetitive work that happens behind every real estate transaction. From compliance reviews and document processing to commission management and transaction oversight, she explains how AI can help brokerages reduce operational costs, improve accuracy, and scale more efficiently.
The conversation dives into the technical challenges of applying AI to real estate workflows, including interpreting complex forms, handwritten documents, signatures, and state-specific compliance requirements. Divya also discusses how brokerages can use operational intelligence to better support affiliated businesses such as mortgage and title, creating a more connected homeownership experience for consumers.
Whether you're a brokerage executive, team leader, or industry professional, this episode offers a fascinating look at how AI is moving beyond marketing and productivity to fundamentally transform the economics of running a real estate business.
